    Covid – 19 What are we doing?

    Following another Government legislation that was produced on Friday 3/7/2020 we would like to advise of the following:

    Evolve Medical will remain open for our retail area.
    Our Nurses will be in clinic for our CQC regulated activities and medical treatments. Rebecca our Physio will be in clinic too for her patients appointments

    All Beauty, Semi-permanent and treatments deemed non medical (aesthetic) are put on pause until the Government are happy to re-open this sector. The guidance changes daily and we can only work around this. So please be mindful we are absolutely trying our best to keep in touch with you all.

    We will contact any Patients that this May effect in regards to any appointments pre-booked.

    In regards to your appointment:

    We will aim to contact you the day before your appointment to run through a few questions regarding your general health. We must be sure you are fully fit and healthy and free of any COVID-19 symptoms.

    We ask that you attend your appointment alone – if this is an issue you must inform us prior to attending clinic. It is essential that we keep the number of people in the building to an absolute minimum to reduce any risks.

    We ask that you wait outside/in your car when you arrive for your appointment. Please give us a quick call to let us know you are waiting.

    Your practitioner will call you in when your treatment room is ready and you will be taken straight upstairs.

    We reserve the right to use a contactless thermometer on your arrival at clinic.

    Please maintain social distancing when moving around our clinic.

    You may be asked to wear a face mask for certain treatments.

    We will not be routinely offering refreshments. Our water machine will be available but please ask a member of staff should you require it.

    Please do not handle any products in reception. Please ask a member of the team for assistance.

    Please avoid using our toilet facilities where possible.

    We will have a plastic screen at reception. Our card machine will be cleaned between transactions and gloves will be worn for cash payments.

    Hand sanitizer will be available around the clinic.
    Surfaces and handles will be cleaned as often as possible.

    We know this list of guidelines is lengthy but ultimately we must ensure the safety of all our staff and clients.
    Please raise any issues you have immediately and we will do our absolute best to help you.

    Before attending your appointment please fill and send back our prescreening COVID 19 consent form, we can only treat patients who have filled out this consent form
