Graduating as a Nurse in 2001 and beginning her Aesthetics career in 2009, Rachel went on to open the doors to Evolve Medical in 2014. As a specialist in anti-wrinkle treatment and facial/lip fillers, Rachel credits her team for Evolve’s success – “the team I work alongside are amazing and we all get along so well it makes coming to work a pleasure”. Rachel champions good skincare routines and has ensured that this is one of the key focuses of Evolve, helping to improve clients’ self-confidence and well-being.
A self-confessed socialite, Rachel loves sharing a drink with friends and family or jetting off to tropical destinations in her free time.
Professor Ajay Mahajan
Professor Mahajan holds the Chair of Plastic Surgery at the University of Bradford and is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Bradford Teaching Hospitals.
He is one of the most reputed plastic surgeons in the UK and is amongst the top 500 plastic surgeons in the world according to Realself. Having polished his cosmetic surgery skills during his tenure in Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland and the UK, he now specialises in cosmetic surgery of the breasts, face, body and “mommy makeover surgery”.
Professor Mahajan practices evidence based medicine and has succeeded Prof David Sharpe as the Director of the Plastic Surgery and Burns Research Unit (PSBRU).”
Qualifying as a Beauty Therapist in 1994, Laura began her clinical career in 2002 and later joined Evolve Medical in 2014. Laura’s long list of qualifications includes City and Guilds advanced beauty therapy, Level 4 IPL and Laser, and many individual treatment certifications such as CACI, HD brows, LVL lashes and Hydrafacial. Having become one of the first beauty therapists in the country to be trained in medical-grade laser hair removal, Laura loves using her skills alongside a team of highly experienced professionals in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Although Laura loves to nick a few of her colleagues’ leftover chips, she’s dedicated to working it off, spending most of her free time in the gym.
Sally teamed up with Rachel in 2014, and has a genuine appreciation for aesthetics and loves the incredible benefits that different treatments can offer. With a previous Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, Sally channels the care she has for animals into every aspect of her job, especially when chatting with clients.
Gin-lover and ex-Emmerdale child actress, Sally loves a week away in the sun with her family.
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Having worked for the NHS for over 20 years, after graduating with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Adult Nursing, Catherine has since spent over two years at Evolve Medical. Thriving as part of the amazing and supportive team at the clinic, Catherine specialises in Botox, fillers and Morpheus 8.
Often hitting the road in her camper van, Catherine loves a road-trip sing-song with her husband and two sons.
Jawayria joined the Evolve Medical team around seven months ago, following a 13-year-long career as a surgical nurse. Having left university with an Advanced Diploma in Nursing and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Adult Nursing, Jawayria has become a specialist in Morpheus8 and aesthetics treatments.
Mother to three boys, Jawayria loves a shopping spree and trips to the cinema when she’s not watching her sons play cricket.

Emma established her own business ‘Brow Clinic’ around 6 years ago.
She joined Evolve Medical in 2017 and has since gone on to do do advanced training in SPMU specializing in the micro-blading technique and nano-blading.
She strives to give Patients that natural look and works with them to create the perfect look.
Emma also specializes in make-up application and Bridal make-up
Having joined the Evolve Medical team in 2018 as an Advanced Therapist, Emma brought with her qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy & Massage, NVQ Level 3 Nail Technology, and many individual certifications for treatments including IPL & Laser, CACI, Hydrafacial, Morpheus8, microneedling and dermaplaning. Emma is an advocate for the Hydrafacial treatment and loves the results it can accomplish on all skin types.
Emma’s claim to fame is that one of her great, great, great grandmothers was apparently the first woman to ride the wall of death on a motorbike.
Dr Ella Russell MBchB
Private GP & Menopause Specialist
Formerly with the NHS and now a private GP, Dr Ella has more than 20 years of experience and is well-recognised throughout Yorkshire for providing the highest standard of care to her patients. Having trained in Leeds and Bradford, she became a partner in General Practice in 2002.
Dr Ella is a menopause specialist, providing an array of services and treatments to support women experiencing symptoms of the perimenopause and menopause. She works with Evolve Medical patients to develop a bespoke menopause plan, and patients are encouraged to help in deciding the best treatments options available to them to stay well, both now and into the future. As a postmenopausal woman herself, Dr Ella developed this service when she realised how little support and expertise there was readily available within the NHS.
Starting her career as our Patient Co-ordinator Olivia has been part of the Evolve Medical team since June 2021. With a personal love of Hydrafacials, Olivia has a passion for cosmetics and is very proud to be part of a team that can achieve life-changing results for clients.
As a dog lover, Olivia likes to spend her weekends with her Cockapoo, Frank, and relaxing in the sun with a glass of wine.
Having completed his specialist training in Urology, Saurajyoti has been working as a Consultant Urologist since 2009. Holding an MBBS, an MS in General Surgery, a PhD and FRCS (Urology) qualification, Saurajyoti specialises in all aspects of General Urology including prostate problems, stone disease and men’s health.
As a nature enthusiast and keen contributor to his local community, Saurajyoti loves long walks and getting involved in societal work.
Practising as a Consultant Urologist since 2010, Alistair qualified from Southampton University Medical School in 1998 and progressed to become a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) in 2001. With a strong focus on teamwork, Alistair cites good communication as the most important factor when delivering quality care to patients.
A love of sport runs in the family, and Alistair is often busy taking his two children to their weekend activities when he’s not playing a round of golf himself.
