`Tis the season to get lasered

Did you know that the best time of year to start a course of laser treatment is autumn? This is because the main contra indication to laser treatment is uv exposure.  We usually have a rush of people wanting laser hair removal in the spring but unfortunately we have to turn most of them away as they have holidays planned. This coupled with the fact that we occasionally have sunny weather in England, means that the majority of us are a few shades darker during the summer months.

With this in mind, this year we are trying to raise awareness that now is the time to get started. This will allow safe and risk free treatment aswell as ensuring you are smooth and hair free in time for next summer.

How long do I need to wait following sun exposure?

We can still test patch if you have a tan but if you have been actively sunbathing, we would need to wait a minimum of 4 weeks to give the melanin in your skin chance to subside. Because we recommend a course of 6 to 8 treatments at 4 to 6 weekly intervals you would need to avoid direct sun exposure during this time.

What kind of results can expect from laser hair removal?

We work with a class 4 medical laser rather than IPL, we find it much more effective in targeting different hair types. Depending on the type of hair, we aim to reduce hair growth by 80 to 100%. The thicker and darker the hair growth, the better the results.

Can laser hair removal be done on any area?

We can carry out laser hair removal on any area of the body, infact lots of people have taken advantage of our offer which is £2000 for unlimited hair removal for 12 months. Other people have small areas such as bikini line or facial hair treated. With male grooming being so big right now, we also treat lots of male clients for areas such as cheekbones and eyebrows. We must warn you though its very addictive as you’ll love the results. Most of our clients have described it as life changing and we think you’ll agree.

How much does laser hair removal cost?

Prices start from £50. Monthly payment plans are available. When compared to waxing prices and even shaving systems, laser hair removal is by far the most cost effective and hassle free method of hair removal. Why not book your consultation now and take advantage of our September offer of free of charge test patch and 20% discount off any courses booked.
